Charles Baclet is a corporate service leader who has managed some of the nation’s leading legal and financial firms.
A native of southeastern Illinois, Charles began his career working for the Illinois Secretary of State in Springfield, Illinois before moving to Los Angeles and joining the United States Corporation Company– later Prentice-Hall Legal and Financial Services, Inc. – as a Branch Office Manager. He became well known for his ability to establish and enhance network relationships with state government agencies, clients, and company offices.
After 17 years with United States Corporation Company and Prentice-Hall Legal and Financial Services, Inc., Charles and three of his colleagues left and founded National Registered Agents, Inc. (NRAI), which provides legal services for corporations, non-profit organizations, insurance companies, and financial firms in foreign jurisdictions, all 50 states, and the District of Columbia.
In 2011, Charles retired from the corporate services industry. Today, he splits his time between overseeing his investments, managing his real estate portfolio, and working to improve arts and culture in Orange County.
